     Romseh TOOLS is a commercial company for production and marketing of cutting tools, accesories for machine tools and hydraulic equipment.

      The activity object of Romseh TOOLS is the production and marketing mainly of:

  • cutting tools
  • accessories for machine tools
  • elements for stamps and dies
  • hydraulic equipments for distribution, control and setting
  • parts manufactured according to customer documentation

     The target market for Romseh TOOLS products is the processing industry by cutting:

  • inside - in manufacturing fields of machine tools, farming and embankment equipments, agriculture, electrical industry, mining industry.
  • outside - in different field of machine construction industry from Europe (France, Sweden, Italy, Germany, Czechy), North America (Canada, USA), Asia (India, Iordany, Pakistan) and Africa (Egipt).

 

 

 

Company history

 

      Company history have the following stages:

  • 01.07.1971 - founded as Factory for devices, stamps, dies and cutting tools by Ministry Council Decision no. 847/12.07.1971
  • 23.09.1980 - new organisation as Factory for tools and hydraulic components by Decree no. 283
  • 10.02.1991 - transformation in a commercial company on actions with state majority capital as S.C. ROMSEH S.A.
  • 25.10.1996 - transformation in a commercial company on actions with private majority capital (93,6%) as result of an acceleration of the privatisation process in Romania
  • 19.01.1999 - transformation in a commercial company on actions with integral private capital
  • 20.12.2001 - transformation as Romseh TOOLS with unique private actionary
